Week 1

Hi all and welcome to Unleashing Your Voice!

We are going to have such a fabulous semester transforming into master public speakers!

For our first week, scholars learned how important it is to make eye contact.  We then learned the 5 parts of a speech.

After a quick instruction on how to do an impromptu speech, most of the students gave it a try.

They were assured we are in a safe zone where its okay to mess up.

Homework was reading pages 1-8 and making a point to look people in the eye all week.
